A LinkedIn QR code opens your profile in one scan — no spelling out your name, no searching through ten people with the same one. This page opens the editor with LinkedIn already selected: type your profile name (the part after linkedin.com/in/) or paste your full profile link, and the code points straight to it. Company pages work too — paste the page's full link. Style it in LinkedIn blue or your own colors, add your logo or photo, and download PNG or SVG for print.
- LinkedIn preselected — type your profile name or paste the full link
- Works for personal profiles and company pages
- LinkedIn blue, your brand colors, your logo or photo
- Print-ready PNG, SVG, JPEG or PDF — free, no watermark
- Optional dynamic QR (free account): update the link and count scans
How to find your LinkedIn profile URL
On a computer, open your profile and copy the address from the browser — it looks like linkedin.com/in/your-name. In the LinkedIn app, open your profile and use the share or “…” menu to copy the profile link. Want a cleaner link? LinkedIn lets you edit your public profile URL from the profile settings, so linkedin.com/in/jane-doe-4b7a91 can become linkedin.com/in/janedoe — do that before you print.
LinkedIn's own QR code vs a custom one
The LinkedIn app can show a personal QR code of its own, which is handy for in-person networking straight from your phone. A custom code is for everything else: printed business cards, conference badges, slides, booths and posters. You choose the colors and style, add your logo, and download a print-quality file. With a dynamic QR code you can also change the link later and see how many people scanned.
Where to use a LinkedIn QR code
Anywhere people meet you in person and can't click a link: on the back of a business card, on a conference badge or lanyard, on the last slide of a talk, on a booth banner at a job fair, or on a printed CV you hand out at an event. On a résumé that recruiters read on screen, a plain clickable LinkedIn link is better. Recruiters also use QR codes on job flyers to point to a company page. Print it at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide on cards and badges, and larger for anything seen from a distance.
LinkedIn company page QR codes
For a company page, paste its full link (linkedin.com/company/your-company) into the field — the code will open the page instead of a personal profile. It's a quick way to grow followers from packaging, shop windows, event stands and recruiting material.
How it works
- 1
Copy your LinkedIn profile link
Open your profile and copy the link from your browser's address bar, or use the share option in the LinkedIn app. You can also just type the part after linkedin.com/in/.
- 2
Paste it and style the code
Paste it into the field above (LinkedIn is already selected). Pick LinkedIn blue or your own colors, and add a logo or photo if you like.
- 3
Download and add it to your card, badge or slides
Export SVG for print or PNG for slides and email signatures, and scan it once with your phone to check it opens your profile.
