A Facebook QR code takes people straight to your page so they can follow, review or message you. This page opens the editor with Facebook already selected: type your page's username (the part after facebook.com/) or paste any full Facebook link — a profile, a group, an event or a post — and the code opens it. Style it in Facebook blue or your brand colors, add your logo, and download a print-ready PNG, SVG or PDF.
- Facebook preselected — type your page's username or paste any Facebook link
- Works for pages, profiles, groups, events and posts
- Facebook blue, your brand colors, your logo
- Print-ready PNG, SVG, JPEG or PDF — free, no watermark
- Optional dynamic QR (free account): change the link and count scans
How to find your Facebook page link
Open your page in a browser and copy the address: it looks like facebook.com/yourpage. Pages and profiles with a username have a short link like that; those without one have a longer link with a number in it (profile.php?id=…), which works just as well — paste the whole thing. In the app, use the share option on the page and copy the link.
QR codes for Facebook groups, events and posts
Paste the group's, event's or post's full link into the field and the code opens it — the field uses any full link as-is. Event codes are useful on posters and flyers; group codes on community notice boards and class handouts. If the link will change — a new event every month, for example — make it a dynamic code with a free account and update it instead of reprinting.
Where to use a Facebook QR code
Shop windows and counters (“Follow us for offers”), restaurant tables and receipts (“Leave us a review”), event posters, community flyers, packaging and business cards. Tell people what they get for scanning. Print it at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide on cards and stickers, and larger on posters read from a distance.
Will scanning open the Facebook app?
On phones with Facebook installed, a scanned link usually opens in the app; otherwise it opens in the browser. Either way the person lands on your page. Some content — private groups or profiles — only shows to people who are logged in and have access.
How it works
- 1
Copy your Facebook link
Open your page, profile, group or event and copy the link from the browser or the app's share option. For a page with a username, you can just type the username.
- 2
Paste it and style the code
Paste the link into the field above (Facebook is already selected). Pick Facebook blue or your own colors and add your logo.
- 3
Download and test
Export SVG or PDF for print and PNG for screens, then scan it with your phone to check it opens the right page.
