A Google review QR code opens your business's review form on Google, so happy customers can leave a review in seconds instead of searching for you. Get your review link from your Google Business Profile (Read reviews → Get more reviews → copy the link), paste it here, and style the code with your colors, logo and a “Review us” label. Google can also give you a plain QR code, but only from a computer browser; a custom code matches your branding and downloads at print quality. Make it dynamic with a free account to count scans.
- Works with the review link from any Google Business Profile
- A “Review us on Google” label, your colors and your logo
- Print-ready PNG, SVG, JPEG or PDF — free, no watermark
- Optional dynamic QR (free account): count scans and change the link later
- Sized for counter cards, receipts, table tents and windows
How to get your Google review link
Sign in to the Google account that manages your business, open your Business Profile (search your business name on Google, or go to business.google.com), select Read reviews, then Get more reviews. Copy the link shown there — it opens a review form for your business. Google's help notes that its own review QR code can only be generated from a computer browser, not on a phone, so use a computer for this step.
Google's own review QR code vs a custom one
The Get more reviews panel lets you save a plain QR code image. It works, but it's a generic black-and-white code with no call to action. A custom code adds a “Review us on Google” label so people know what it's for, matches your brand colors and logo, and downloads as SVG or PDF that stays sharp on a counter sign or window decal. A dynamic version also counts scans, so you can see whether the sign is working.
Where to put a Google review QR code
Where a visit ends and customers are happy: the checkout counter, receipts and invoices, table tents in a restaurant or café, the back of a business card, thank-you cards in an order, a sticker at the door, and the last message of a chat or the footer of a follow-up email. Print it at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide on receipts and cards, and 5 cm (2 in) or more on counter signs.
Follow Google's review rules
Ask every customer, not only the happy ones, and don't offer anything in return. Google's policies treat incentives such as discounts or free items in exchange for a review as fake engagement, which is prohibited. A simple, honest prompt — “Enjoyed your visit? Tell us on Google” — next to the code is enough.
