Social profile QR codes are URL QRs with a known structure — instagram.com/yourhandle, tiktok.com/@yourhandle, etc. Capy QR builds the right URL for the platform you pick so you don't have to remember the path. Useful for stage-screen 'follow us' signage, podcast end-cards, and physical merch where you want the path to your audience to be one scan away.

How it works

  1. 1

Pick the platform and enter your username

Choose the platform — Capy QR builds the correct URL automatically. Just enter the handle without the @.

  2. 2

    Make it on-brand

Pick colors that match your channel art, drop in a profile-style logo, choose a dot style. Capy QR keeps the scan reliable.

  3. 3

Download in the format you need

Export as PNG, JPEG, SVG, or PDF at up to 3,200 pixels. No signup, no watermark, no limit on downloads.

Frequently asked questions

Why not use the platform's built-in QR (Instagram nametag, etc.)?
Native QRs are the easiest path — use them when you can. But they're locked to the platform's branding, sometimes require login to access, and break when account structures change. A generic-URL QR you control survives those changes.
Will it open the app or the website?
Phones with the app installed almost always open the app. Phones without the app open the mobile web profile. Both work; the in-app version is smoother for follow flows.
Can I link to a specific post instead of a profile?
Yes — switch to the URL QR generator and paste the post URL. Social-profile QR is shaped specifically for profile-handle inputs.
Should I include all my socials in one QR?
No — a single QR encodes a single URL. For multi-link landing pages, point the QR at a Linktree, Beacons, or your own /links page that lists everything.
